Happy New Year

2020 already. Hopefully this will be a year of clear thinking (20/20).

I started out the year with 3 finishes.

The first was a canvas work ornament stitched years ago but never finished into an ornament. The second is the January snowperson ornament from attic heirlooms and the third, a charity quilt for Covered Bridge.

Annual Orchestra Christmas Concert

Last night we attended the Cleveland Orchestra Christmas concert. My tradition for over 40 years. This year we had an excellent dinner st L'Albatros before the concert. The concert always puts me in the holiday mood.

Daddy stayed home with Sadie because she wasn't feeling goid, but the rest of us took a trip to the North Pole last night.

Christmas at the Biltmore

This week, my cousin Toni and I drove down to Asheville to do the candlelight christmas tour of the Biltmore and view the Downton Abbey exhibit. The Biltmore was stunning and the Downton exhibit was well done.  We had a magnificent dinner at the dining room at the Biltmore and also had a great meal at Rezazz Pan Mediterrainean.
